Please be aware that Dye does not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of returned deliveries due to insufficient addresses or damage incurred during transit.

Handling Damaged Deliveries

If your cans arrive damaged, we offer the following solutions:

For damages involving more than 3 cans, we will replace the affected quantity.

For damages involving 3 or fewer cans, we will issue a partial refund equal to the value of the damaged items.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship individual replacement cans if fewer than 3 are damaged. In these cases, we provide a partial refund or future credit as compensation.

Addressing Missing Deliveries

If your package is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, please allow up to 24 hours for it to potentially reach you. If the delivery remains missing after this timeframe, contact us, and we will be happy to help.
